What does the consultation include?
We begin with your space, priorities, and project stage. In Charleston and Scottsdale, the mobile showroom can bring door styles, finishes, hardware, and design tools directly to your home.
How does the mobile showroom work?
Your Magnolia designer arrives with real samples and selection tools. You compare materials in the light and architecture of your own home, where the decisions will ultimately live.
What will I see before approving the design?
You receive 2D production drawings and realistic 3D renderings so the complete room can be understood before cabinetry is built.
How many design revisions are included?
Three design revisions are included in Magnolia's design process.
When do I receive a firm proposal?
The firm proposal follows design engagement, once the layout, finishes, hardware, and relevant specifications are confirmed.
How long does cabinetry take to arrive?
Typical lead time to delivery is approximately 8 weeks for Magnolia's semi-custom lines and 15 weeks for custom cabinetry. Timing begins after final design approval and release to production, and project-specific timing is confirmed in your proposal.
